Welders Supplies & Services (NSW)Pty Ltd
uses a nationwide courier system to deliver your order. All
Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will
require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide
a work address for delivery if no one is home during business
hours.
Parcels will be dispatched on the same day the order is received
providing the order is received before 9:00am (EST) and all goods
are in stock. If the item is not in stock, allow extra 2-3 working
days for shipment.
Warranty Returns
All products are guaranteed for materials and workmanship by the
manufacturers warranties. Product returned under warranty will be
forwarded to the manufacturer for decision & advice on acceptance
of claim. DWIS will not under any circumstance accept responsibility
for damage, losses or injury for any product considered faulty.
New product will not be supplied ahead of inspection of product
for warranty.

informing us of the item you are returning. You will be responsible
for the safe return of the item in its original condition and original
packaging, accompanied by the receipt. On acceptance of the claim
a credit or refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed in
the same way that purchases were paid for. For instance, if you
paid by credit card the same credit card will be refunded. Refunds
are normally processed by the bank within approximately 5-7 working
days.
Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us immediately
